How to use:

If you want to charge the 18650 rechargeable batteries: put 1-2 rechargeable battery(s) inside and face the solar panel to sunlight. 

If you want to use it directly for charging small USB devices (for example: cell phones, USB lights, and mini fans), connect your device to the USB output using USB cable, and face the solar panel to sunlight.

If you want to charge both the rechargeable batteries and USB devices: Put the batteries in the case and connect your device to the USB output interface, then face the solar panel to sunlight.
